Rally Classes
Rally is a team sport composed of you and your dog, where you learn to navigate a series of obedience exercise stations together.
Rally will help improve your dog's impulse control & focus on you, improve skills learned in other training classes and build an even stronger bond with your dog.
Intro to Rally
Prerequisite: Your dog needs to know Sit,
Lay Down, Stay and Loose Leash Walking.
This 4 week Intro to Rally class will focus on the beginning skills and signs used in AKC Rally, but they will be applicable to other Rally organizations.
This class will also introduce you to short courses which will help get you and your dog ready to work around distractions and learn the Novice Rally signs.

While the completion of a basic manners class is not required, it
will help you and your dog learn
to navigate the world of Rally.

Rally FUNdamentals
Prerequisite: Completion of Intro to Rally or equivalent. Or with instructors permission
For this Rally FUNdamentals class, focus will be on practicing and proofing the core skills to compete in Rally, or just for fun. Core skills are position changes, rear end awareness, stay, fronts and finishes, etc.
In this class some time will be spent learning behaviors that go with the signs. We will use signs from Novice to Intermediate Rally courses. You will not need to know the specific Rally signs, as they will be demonstrated in
each course we practice.
Ring Ready Rally
Advanced Level Class
Prerequisite: Completion of Rally FUNdamentals or equivalent. Please discuss with instructor prior to registration.*
Ring Ready Rally is an advanced Rally Class focusing on improving precision, and practicing the key Rally skills for competition readiness.

Focus is on perfecting behaviors learned in previous Rally classes and practicing the courses. You do not need to know the specific Rally signs, as they will be demonstrated in each course we practice. We will use signs from all
levels of Rally, from Novice to Master in this class.
​
It is recommended that you already be familiar with basic Rally exercises before taking this course. Acceptance will be based on approval from the instructor or prior completion of Rally FUNdamentals.

We will miss you if you are unable to attend a class or classes after registration. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer make up classes . If you have paid and are unable to come to class at all, we will refund your money with advance notice. No refunds after the first class.
